Steps :

1) Take a cotton cloth...You can take white Cloth as Demi's Dress...

2) Take Measurement of how long you want the dress to be...

I took 33 inches according to my size ...and cut it....

3) Now stitch the sides of the Dress...

4) Now Stitch the upper side of dress...and take hemming Stitch...

5) Now take a scale and Draw Equal Horizontal Lines on your dress with Marker...

* It will look like this...

6) Put Strechy Thread in the bobin...

7)  Now stitch on the marked line...such that right side of the cloth comes on the upper side...

* It will look like this.

8) Now take a strip of cloth...

9) Fold it and make it thin Strip...and sew it...

10) Make a bow out of strip...and attach it to the dress...and Your dress is READY.....:)

How to : Make Selena Gomez one sholder 

ruffle top...

Following are the steps:

1) Take fabric...( You can take exact colour if you can find it)

2) Take another top for measurement...and fold one shoulder...

3) And cut accordingly for front as well as back...

5) Now stitch the arm part of the top...and shoulder together of front and back part...it will look like this...

6) Take 1 long rectangle piece of another fabric...

7) Ruffle that rectangle strip it...and stitch it at neck part...so that it looks like this...(it will take some time)

8) Now stitch the sides of the top....it will look like this...

9) Take rectangle strip and stitch the ends together so that it forms a circle...

10)  Pass your top through that circular strip...and stitch the edges of strip at the waist of the top (stitch all around the waist so that strip can pass through it)...

11) Take a long strip...

12) Make a whole at waist...and pass the strip at waist...and The top is ready....

Note: Take strechy fabric so it fits you exactly.

2) Take another top for measurement...

3) And cut accordingly for front as well as back...

4) Make strips...

5) Now stitch the sides of the top....it will look like this...

 6)And stitch the strips to top as shown in picture...

* Do it for front as well as back...so it looks like this...

7) Take rectangle strips...and ruffle it...so that it looks like this...(it will take some time and it took me around  4 strips)

*Stitch it at the bottom edge of the top...

8) Take rectangle strips...

* Do run stitch in the middle of straps and then pull the thread to create ruffle...

9) Stitch it at the upper (arm and neck) part of the top...(it took me around 6 strips)

10) The top is ready...
